Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will provide senior technical leadership across Process and Manufacturing Engineering, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will translate business priorities into engineering plans, strengthen site-level capabilities, and help ensure production processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable. The position also plays a key role in shaping standards, leading continuous improvement efforts, and developing high-performing engineering talent across the organization.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

• Demonstrated experience leading Process and/or Manufacturing Engineering teams
• Strong expertise in process development, validation, and optimization
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
