Responsibilities

  • Leads a staff of senior management analysts and management analysts to recommend process improvements, implement strategic initiatives, recover troubled projects, build external relationships, and function in a results-oriented work environment.
  • Identifies, distributes, and balances workload and tasks among employees under established policies, practices, workflow and employee skill levels, adjusting to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned tasks.
  • Provides leadership and direction to ORMIC senior management analysts serving as risk managers on major investment projects by establishing the methodology for the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks to major Corporate projects.
  • Approves changes in the application of project management for capital investment projects and significant operating budget projects.
  • Develops and maintains procedures, guidance, and job aids related to Process Improvement, including risk management methodology and practices.
