Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Tools & Process to be responsible for the ownership and ongoing optimization of Procore's GTM systems, including Salesforce, PRM, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, internal CS tools, etc. You will be a key member in the GTM Technology & Process team, partnering with sales, marketing, CS, IT, and other stakeholders to drive process improvement, optimization, and new capabilities. This position reports to our Senior Director, GTM Tech and Process, and can be based remotely. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you'll do:
  1. Seller, Partner, and CS Experience: Lead the ongoing optimization and simplification of GTM experience in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, and internal tools, working closely with Revenue teams.
  2. Experience implementing PRM: A plus.
  3. Initiative Leadership: Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize existing technologies to enhance GTM experience and simplification.
  4. Collaboration and Support: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, handle feature requests, troubleshoot, and respond promptly.
  5. Training and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and training to users to promote effective use of Salesforce and other GTM tools.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to foster continuous innovation in customer experience strategies.
  7. Business Problem Solving: Work with stakeholders to identify business challenges and drive suitable solutions, supporting testing cycles and training materials.
What we're looking for:
  • At least 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platforms, with a record of process optimization.
  • Minimum 5+ years as an enterprise product manager or similar role in an enterprise environment.
  • End-to-end experience implementing PRM.
  • Deep understanding of Lead-To-Quote processes and supporting technologies like Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in agile development, leading successful Salesforce projects from start to finish.
  • Strong technical writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills for requirements development and system capabilities advocacy.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to interpret and translate requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Additional Information

Base Pay Range: $127,680 - $175,560. Eligible for bonus incentives. Compensation will depend on skills, experience, education, and location.
