Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Senior Manager to drive Private Markets strategy and the Forge integration, working on-site in Westlake, TX. You will align processes and platforms across firms and lead end-to-end client experiences for Schwab's Retail and Advisor Services clients.

Reporting to the Director of Forge Integration, you will design roadmaps, stand up programs, and partner with technology teams to deliver a differentiated client experience while embodying Schwab’s values and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strategic and structured thinking.
• Personal and professional alignment with Schwab’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Help design the Private Markets strategy, offer, and end-to-end experience for Retail and Advisor Services clients.
• Help define the long-term vision for integrating Forge into Schwab’s platform and digital channels.
• Stand up implementation programs to define requirements and deliver the envisioned client experience across technology domains.
• Ensure the delivered experience aligns with the Retail and Advisor Services businesses’ vision.
