Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, analytics, business operations, consulting, sales operations, program management, or client experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience turning data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of investor segments, offerings, and market opportunities.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities and recommendations.
• Support evolution of relationship and service models for high-net-worth clients.
• Partner with field leaders to drive scalable solutions.
• Improve advisor and client experiences through operational enhancements.
• Develop executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor performance.
