Qualifications

• 6+ years of product/program marketing experience in financial services.
• Strong client focus and ability to think in terms of the client experience.
• History of executing successful multi-channel promotional programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including marketing/creative, copywriting, editing, proofing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners to understand features and advisor needs.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness and adoption.
• Collaborate across partners, sales teams, and channel owners to achieve business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end content and creative development from strategy to launch.
• Manage campaigns with a focus on client experience, voice, and brand consistency.
• Analyze campaigns against goals to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage external agencies, budgets, and vendor invoicing.
