The Sr. Manager, Privacy and Compliance for Welltower plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards within the healthcare real estate sector. This position requires a deep understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and integrity.

Salaries may vary by location. The range for this role in New York City is $175,000 - $220,000 plus bonus. Final compensation determinations are made based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual experience, education, and skill level; business strategic priorities; primary office location; scope and anticipated strategic impact of the role.
