In this role, you will work cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics, FP&A, controllership, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that drive financial transparency, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

What you'll do
- Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmaps: Define and champion a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, stakeholder and customer satisfaction, and inform future decisions.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- AI adoption: Provide thought leadership, roadmaps, and operational blueprints for AI adoption in data assets and processes.
- Data: Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure robust data pipelines, governance, quality, and access frameworks are in place.

- Experience working with complex financial and operational data in retail or e-commerce.

- Understanding of financial domain and metrics, including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Ability to influence others, lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management, or
- 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Supervisory experience.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessibility best practices.
