Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline and relevant security certifications.
• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity and risk management experience.
• Experience leading or supporting due diligence in M&A, divestitures, and complex risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity assessments across transactions.
• Translate diligence findings into risk insights and practical mitigations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance and deal teams to align security requirements.
• Provide Day 1 security priorities and post-close handoff guidance.
