The role includes physician HR, customer service, financial analysis, Meaningful Use attestations, and compliance with regulatory bodies. It emphasizes onboarding new physicians and staff, space/acquisition, and cost-effective initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of managerial experience in a medical practice.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and group-process understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply policies to solve problems and exercise judgment.
• Ability to set priorities and coordinate work activities.

Responsibilities
