The ideal candidate is a seasoned platform engineering leader with extensive experience in CRM, CPQ, and integration toERP systems, excellenttechnical and leadership skills, and a provenabilityto deliver both long term, strategicinitiativesand ongoing, continuous improvement activities.

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Engineering leader with strongdevelopmentmanagement skills to lead and drive the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role requires an effective communicator who excels in planning, prioritization, and execution of project work. The Platform Engineering leaderwill serve as a critical partner, coordinating and connecting teams to ensure alignment with our leadershipand business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will havedemonstratedexperience in developing andoptimizingprocesses, achieving operational goals, and tackling problems with a data-driven approach. Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce, CPQ,and Workday Financialstechnicalsolutions to support sales andtransactionalprocesses.
· Support the end-to-end customer transactional execution and processing – including order placement, pricing, and contract management to ERP systems
· Coordinate and oversee the integration design and build efforts for key systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of development resources, guiding them through project execution, DevOps,and best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and finance, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficientsolutions.
· Develop andmaintain architecture, integration, andtechnology standards and practices for applications, middleware, and databases.
· Ensure compliance withengineering and designstandards and provide guidance onthe use ofnew technologiesand techniques.
· Conduct regular status reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
· Drive the execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and programs, proactively adjusting priorities as needed.
· Apply technical skills to orchestrate solutions, including planning and executing devised solutions.
Key Qualifications:
· Proven experience asa Engineering Manageror similar role, with a strong focus on sales and ERP-based applications.
· Extensive experience with Salesforce, CPQ,andintegration toWorkday Financials, including implementation,development,configuration, and integration.
· Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated experience in developing andoptimizingprocesses, achieving operational goals, and solving complex problems with a data-driven approach.
· Ability to lead and mentor a team of development resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Strong understanding ofarchitectural and technology standards and practices for applications, middleware, and databases.
· Experience with API integration, microservices, and digitalarchitecture.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· This role requires minimal travel.
·Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any otherphysical requirements ).
