Randstad is seeking a Senior Manager, Planned & Legacy Giving to lead the organization's planned and legacy giving strategy in alignment with its overall fundraising plan. This role oversees complex gifts and a donor portfolio, serving as the subject matter expert on planned giving.

You will collaborate with legal, financial, and other professionals, manage a cross-functional PRD team, and develop campaigns, pipelines, and stewardship programs to grow gift commitments and multigenerational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in planned giving or related fields.
• Proven success securing complex gifts while managing donor portfolios.
• Knowledge of planned and legacy giving vehicles and non-cash gifts.
• Experience working with attorneys and financial advisors.
• Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce) and donor analytics.
• Strong initiative, strategic thinking, and independent work style.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Manage a portfolio of donors with tailored cultivation plans.
• Engage families and influencers for multigenerational philanthropy.
• Integrate planned giving into broader fundraising strategies.
• Maintain donor records and CRM data.
