MultiCare Health System seeks a senior planned giving professional to lead donor engagement, estate planning strategies and charitable gift initiatives. You will build partnerships across departments to grow a robust legacy giving pipeline and strengthen long-term philanthropic support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Significant and progressively responsible experience in planned giving, major gift fundraising, estate planning, law, trust administration, accounting, financial services, wealth management, philanthropy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success cultivating and managing relationships with donors, clients, or constituents and advancing complex philanthropic, financial, legal, or estate planning strategies.
