Job summary

Cook County Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Physician Recruitment to lead the full-cycle physician and APP recruitment strategy across the health system. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to assess workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

The role includes overseeing a growing team, reporting metrics, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supervising or managing recruitment staff in a hospital or health system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical and operational leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full-cycle recruitment strategy for physicians and APPs.
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Develops and implements strategic talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Oversees reporting, manages a growing team, and collaborates with external and internal partners.
• Establishes and monitors recruitment metrics and presents reporting to executive leadership.
• Manages relationships with external agencies and ensures cost control.
