Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Manager Clinical Pharmacy Quality and Affordability Programs to lead the strategy and execution of quality, affordability, and medication management initiatives across lines of business. You will oversee clinical programs, vendor partnerships, and Medicare Stars performance while guiding a team of clinical pharmacists.

The role emphasizes health equity, patient safety, and collaboration with Pharmacy, Quality, Analytics, Product, and Care Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. is required.
• Experience in patient care settings and management within health care systems is expected.
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Develops, prioritizes, implements and optimizes pharmacy quality and affordability programs.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives with Pharmacy, Quality, Analytics and Operations.
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures governance, performance monitoring and optimization.
• Oversees budget, staffing, and performance goals for the team.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports and staff.
