The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Permanent Search to join our growing Private Equity Practice. This is a full-desk role for a driven search professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier talent to high-growth, PE-backed companies.

You will work alongside a team of experienced search partners who enjoy solving complex talent challenges and adding value beyond the placement. This is an opportunity to build deep relationships with clients and candidates while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and execute full-cycle search engagements from origination to placement, with a focus on private equity-backed clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with PE sponsors, operating partners, and portfolio company leadership.
  3. Develop and deliver tailored talent strategies that align with client goals and timelines.
  4. Conduct market mapping, candidate outreach, assessment, and presentation with precision and professionalism.
  5. Collaborate with internal team members to share insights, support cross-functional searches, and contribute to firm-wide growth.
  6. Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and client service throughout the search process.

  1. 5+ years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or a related field — ideally with exposure to private equity or high-growth environments.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously.
  3. Strong commercial instincts and a consultative approach to client and candidate engagement.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. A team-first mindset with a desire to contribute to a collaborative, values-driven culture.
  6. Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for delivering results.
