Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc is seeking a Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights to partner with Operations and deliver actionable analyses across the Americas. You will lead complex analyses, architect scalable dashboards, and translate data into clear recommendations for decision makers.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, advanced Python, and expertise with Tableau, Tableau Prep, GCP, and Excel. Location is Atlanta with a hybrid schedule; travel may be up to 5-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, statistics, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analysis.
• Advanced Python skills and ability to review, troubleshoot, and maintain code.
• Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, GCP, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to identify business trends, drivers, and opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Operations leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical approaches and deliver solutions.
• Present findings to leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues and performance.
