Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Senior Manager, People and Organization to lead HR processes and people strategies for Fashion boutiques in the Greater New York market. You will partner with boutique leadership to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and business performance.

You will build connections with boutique teams, advise leaders on workforce planning and compensation, coach on performance matters, and forecast hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of core HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Employee relations experience; retail or wholesale HR preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, prioritization, and analytical skills.
