Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance, Strategy & Analysis to lead high-impact financial analyses and strategic initiatives across payments and revenue. You will partner with Installments, Finance, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role spans global collaboration with EMEA and other regions, shaping forecasts and evaluating new initiatives, while mentoring a cross-functional team to improve payment performance.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or other relevant fields; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic analysis experience.
• Experience with payments processing, recurring billing, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive analyses with installments team to identify and prioritize new strategies.
• Collaborate with Trade groups in EMEA and globally.
• Provide strategic recommendations for senior leadership and external partners.
• Support regional installments leadership in meetings and discussions.
• Assist revenue forecasting and budgeting for current and upcoming installment projects.
• Work cross-functionally across finance, data science, operations, and more to implement installments strategies and measure performance.
• Lead the FS&A - EMEA Installments team with direction and focus.
