Job summary

Savista is seeking a Senior Manager for Patient Eligibility to lead eligibility operations across multiple regions, overseeing teams and client relationships. The role reports to senior leadership and emphasizes operational excellence, strategic planning, and revenue-cycle expertise.

The position requires relocation proximity to Hackensack, NJ, with hybrid onsite/remote work and routine travel toNJ facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or healthcare administration.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare eligibility or related revenue cycle areas.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and reports, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Oversee eligibility workflow, QA, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
• Drive process improvements and technology enhancements in eligibility operations.
• Manage multi-site or multi-client service lines and travel as required.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight for revenue and costs.
