Job summary

Savista is seeking a Manager of Eligibility to lead a multi-facility team focused on patient eligibility and revenue cycle performance. The role emphasizes onsite leadership across facilities, with occasional remote work, and a strong emphasis on structure, accountability, and operational discipline.

You will drive staffing, training, and performance, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines while delivering accurate eligibility services to support client operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare eligibility, financial counseling, or case management.
• At least 5 years of people management overseeing teams of 20+ employees.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security Disability programs preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate teams, and foster accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational leader for major client(s) across regions and manage $3.0M+ in revenue.
• Own day-to-day client relationships, SLAs, quality standards, and performance expectations.
• Lead client meetings and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Identify risks or gaps and elevate issues for prompt resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Mentor and develop an eligibility team across multiple facilities.
• Travel regularly to facilities to provide onsite support and leadership.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
