Job summary

Savista is seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Eligibility to lead eligibility operations across multiple client partnerships in the healthcare revenue cycle domain. This role combines senior leadership, client engagement, and operational strategy to drive outcomes for patients and health systems.

You will manage a multi-location team, oversee SLAs, budgets, and quality, travel as needed, and partner with clients and internal teams to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within healthcare financial assistance programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational leader for one or more major clients within multiple regions, managing up to $5M+ in revenue and/or multiple service lines.
• Own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and performance expectations are met.
• Lead client meetings and present weekly/monthly operational reports; identify risks and escalate appropriately.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational outcomes.
• Oversee workflow management, productivity, and quality assurance for eligibility accounts.
