Job summary

Savista is seeking a Manager, Patient Eligibility to lead the eligibility team and drive quality, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes onsite leadership with occasional remote work and regular travel to facilities within the service area.

You will partner with senior leadership to implement improvements, manage budgets, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance while supporting patient care and revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare eligibility, financial counseling, or case management.
• 5+ years in people management of teams >20 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage eligibility operations across multiple facilities in the service area.
• Ensure SLAs, quality standards, and performance targets are met.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
