Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3 years work experience in Patient Access or hospital registration with EPIC ADT knowledge.
High School Diploma with 7 years work experience in Patient Access or hospital registration with EPIC ADT knowledge.
Five years of management experience in healthcare management, preferably in a patient access or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee PAM staff and day-to-day registration operations.
Lead PAM managers at assigned locations.
Create and implement policies and procedures related to department responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with current government and healthcare industry requirements.
Collaborate with Leadership to ensure efficient processes to support patient flow and care at sites.
Investigate and resolve revenue-impacting issues related to registration and billing.
Continuously re-evaluate current processes to ensure improvement.
