Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field; EPIC ADT knowledge.
• Three years of work experience in Patient Access or hospital registration with EPIC ADT knowledge.
• High School Diploma with seven years of experience in Patient Access or hospital registration with EPIC ADT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides management oversight of the Patient Access Management (PAM) staff and day-to-day registration operations as directed by the department director.
• Leads and supports the PAM managers at assigned location(s) while engaging staff at all levels.
• Creates and implements policies and procedures related to department responsibilities to ensure Patient Satisfaction standards.
• Ensures compliance with current government and healthcare industry requirements and collaborates with Leadership to optimize patient flow and care at sites.
• Investigates and resolves revenue-impacting issues related to registration and billing; re-evaluates processes for improvements.
