Job summary

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment seeks a School Age Systems Specialist to integrate positive youth development across CDPHE youth programs and support Title V priorities. This role shapes statewide frameworks and provides guidance to internal and external partners.

You will advance adolescent health initiatives, work with Education and Human Services, and drive collaborative, policy-oriented system changes to improve youth outcomes and public health impact across Colorado.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of professional experience coordinating system-level change strategies that impacted school-age children.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in public health, psychology, sociology, social work, public policy, public administration, education, or related field and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Designated Title V State Adolescent Health Coordinator advises program leadership.
• Increase access to behavioral health services for school-age children and youth programs.
• Provide leadership for the Social Connectedness Priority.
