What You’ll Do

Lead Strategic Growth

  • Manage a multi-client book of business, driving growth, performance, and profitability across Paid Search campaigns.
  • Define and deliver high-level strategy while overseeing execution through a team of 6+ specialists, senior associates, and managers.
  • Own and optimize the long-term vision for your portfolio, supporting business objectives and client goals.

Coach & Develop Talent

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Balance team capacity and ensure the right mix of skillsets and experience to support portfolio health.
  • Guide the development of both senior and junior talent across the team.

Drive Client Success

  • Act as a senior client contact—owning relationships at both the point-of-contact and executive levels.
  • Understand client businesses deeply and steer innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Drive ongoing growth and scale, optimizing media mix and performance strategy.

Advance the Discipline

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Paid Search best practices, cross-channel planning, and digital marketing methodologies.
  • Maintain deep awareness of industry trends and platform developments, proactively evolving our approach.
  • Collaborate across departments and pull in support from creative, analytics, and strategy as needed.

Lead With Accountability

  • Own portfolio P&L and operational oversight.
  • Ensure work quality, forecasting accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Step into tactical execution only when necessary, while maintaining high-level strategic oversight.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media, with emphasis on Paid Search
  • 3+ years of formal or informal people management
  • Deep experience in tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360; knowledge of Facebook/Meta a plus
  • Strong track record of leading multi-client teams and owning strategy and execution across complex portfolios
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines and organizational levels
  • Expertise in navigating enterprise-level client relationships with professionalism and empathy
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for both tactical and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated success using data to inform strategy and uncover opportunity
  • Proven ability to manage team capacity, performance outcomes, and client business health

Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate’s qualifications and experience.
