Job summary

Kforce Inc seeks an experienced ERP & Applications Leader in Irving, TX to direct a portfolio of enterprise business applications across Finance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. You will coach a team of functional and technical professionals, align roadmaps with business strategy, and drive upgrades, integrations, and performance initiatives.

Lead cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to prioritize needs, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, computer science, or business.
• 12+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Order Management.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing technical or functional application teams.
• Proven experience managing an enterprise application portfolio including roadmaps, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Experience with database concepts, application integrations, reporting, and BI tools.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or outsourced technology partners.
• Strong understanding of change management, testing, security, compliance, and internal controls.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
