Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, or project management.
• Alternatively, 5 years’ experience in retail operations or related area.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects, prioritizing needs and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Supervise and develop associates through training and mentoring.
• Evaluate and improve processes by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions with cross-functional alignment.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive behavior change and continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with teams to simplify processes and monitor program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards across operations.
