Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope of work and project objectives.
• Lead a team and oversee multiple stores.
• Assemble management plans; track changes to plans and ensure issue resolution.
• Governance of project plans and monitoring budgets and costs.
• Deliver presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals.
