• Strong data-driven process improvement and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple business plans by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and measuring progress.
• Lead project governance across scope, milestones, timelines, resources, budgets, with stakeholder reporting.
• Build process improvements via data analysis, standards, and change programs.
• Manage content initiatives to meet governance standards.
• Hire and coach associates to build a high‑performing team.
