Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple business plans by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and measuring progress.
• Lead project governance across scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets; provide stakeholder reporting.
• Build and sustain process improvements by analyzing data, defining standards, and driving adoption through change programs.
• Manage content initiatives by prioritizing requests and ensuring tools, templates, and communications meet governance standards.
• Hire, develop, and lead associates through coaching, performance expectations, and a team-based environment.
