Description

The Senior Operations Manager is accountable for the overall financial management and operational activities of the assigned service lines. Analyzes complex processes with familiarity in lean processes and applications such as Kronos, Genesis, Premier, and Epic. Ability to create/utilize spreadsheets, with advanced proficiency in excel and Power BI. Monitor/analyze daily workload operations efficiencies, productivity, and the quality/integrity of operations/business data and provide consistent insights to leadership.

Position is Full- Time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, health administration, or other related field Or equivalent educ/experience


• 5 years of recent experience frontline management.


• 5 years of Demonstrate experience with data driven process or quality improvement work


• 5 years of Demonstrate on-line computer experience with a wide variety of programs and applications.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, health administration or other related field
