Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to provide unified oversight for two manufacturing facilities within the Automation Solutions business. This role drives standardization of best practices, lean systems, and footprint optimization to ensure a cohesive, high-performing network.

The leader will partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and PM teams to harmonize processes, elevate performance, and support growth and efficiency objectives across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility.
• Proven success implementing lean, TPM, standard work and CI systems.
• Strong analytical capability to evaluate capacity, cost structures and footprint scenarios.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams and locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change-leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Site Operational Leadership — Provide unified leadership across two manufacturing facilities with safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Best-Practice Deployment — Standardize and implement lean systems, maintenance strategies and performance routines.
• Footprint Optimization — Lead capacity, capability and cost structure evaluations to optimize the manufacturing footprint.
• Operational Governance — Establish unified KPIs, reporting cadences and review mechanisms.
• Continuous Improvement Leadership — Champion lean transformation and CI programs to improve OEE and reduce waste.
• Talent & Leadership Development — Mentor plant leadership teams and build a pipeline across sites.
• Change Management — Lead cross-site change initiatives with clear communication and alignment.
• Customer & Commercial Support — Ensure readiness for product launches and strategic growth.
• Risk, EHS & Compliance Oversight — Maintain adherence to EHS, regulatory and internal standards.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Cross‑SiteOperational Leadership — Provide unified leadership across two manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent execution of safety, quality, delivery, and costobjectives.
• Best‑PracticeDeployment — Identify, standardize, and implement operational best practices across both sites, including lean systems, maintenance strategies, and performance management routines.

MinimumRequirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, includingmulti‑siteor matrixed responsibility.
• Demonstrated successimplementing lean, TPM, standard work, and continuous improvement systems.
• Strong analytical capability to evaluate capacity, cost structures, and footprint scenarios.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams and locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, andchange‑leadershipskills.
