Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Kentucky is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to apply principles to improve quality and productivity on the shop floor. The role focuses on supporting daily problem solving, documentation, and the implementation of productivity initiatives.

You will work in a fully onsite environment, collaborate in a matrix organization, and help ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and safety standards while contributing to cost reduction and process improvements.
