The Bolton Group is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Audit to lead risk-based IT audit programs across the enterprise. This hybrid role drives planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating with business units and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has strong IT controls experience, SOX/ITGCs knowledge, data analytics proficiency, and familiarity with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, cloud, and industrial environments. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in IT audit or controls with managerial experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or RE.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA, IT infrastructure, cloud, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SOX, ITGCs, and industry frameworks (NIST, COBIT).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or controls within practice, private, or public sectors, with managerial experience preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or RE
• Proven experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, IT infrastructure, cloud, and data analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of OT environments, industrial controls, and cybersecurity principles
• Strong understanding of SOX, ITGCs, and industry frameworks (NIST, COBIT)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) as needed

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with audit software like Optro or similar platforms
• Background in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industries
• Familiarity with digital and AI initiatives within audit environments

Preferred Education & Experience

• Master’s degree or relevant advanced certifications are a plus
• Prior Big 4 consulting experience or experience in a publicly traded company at a senior managerial level
