Job summary

Search Group client in Vienna, VA seeks a Sr. Manager of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with direct exposure to the CFO. Responsibilities include financial modeling, variance analysis, and providing strategic insights for senior decisions.

Our client, a well‑established, profitable technology‑focused organization in Vienna, VA is seeking a Sr. Manager of FP&A. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO with significant exposure to senior leadership. Responsibilities include leading the FP&A function; Own budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis and providing strategic financial insights to key business decisions across the organization. The ideal profile requires strong presentation, analytical and 3‑statement modeling skills. MUST HAVE Adaptive Insights experience. This role is 3 days/week in the office. Compensation includes a base up to $180K plus bonus.
