Addison Group, a premier infrastructure design firm, is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to join its finance team in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to drive business performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting within a manufacturing or similar environment, and can provide strategic recommendations to navigate complex financial challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting capital projects and CAPEX analysis.
• Background in manufacturing or similar industry finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive performance with data-driven insights.
• Oversee financial reporting and alignment with corporate goals.
• Develop new processes and models to assess key business decisions and initiatives.
• Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership.

Addison Group is representing infrastructure design company that is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals
• Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives
• Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital project and capex
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required
• Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations

Our client offers:

• $180,000 to $200,000 base salary range dependent on experience, additional bonus potential.
