Job summary

Addison Group is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role will provide critical finance support and storytelling to operational leaders, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

The position is based in-office in Bellevue, WA, with up to 3 days per week on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial analysis/FP&A, strong modeling and Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 4 years of experience in financial analysis and FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.

Addison Group is representing a supply chain and inventory centric organization who is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role will provide critical finance support and story telling to operational leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support key business decisions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide timely and actionable insights into company performance.
• Prepare and present financial data for quarterly reviews, investor meetings, and board reports.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
• 4 years of experience in financial analysis and finance business partnering
• Prior business partnering experience with manufacturing, inventory, logistics, procurement, distribution, or supply chain a plus
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize complex data required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Must be able to work in-office up to 3 days a week or as needed.

Our client offers a base salary range of $105,000 to $115,000 base + annual bonus potential
