As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Architecture, you will lead our team of data architects and own the data management practices that make our data trustworthy at enterprise scale. You will set architectural direction for master data, analytic data domains, and the data assets that power our AI solutions, then partner with Data Engineering to turn that direction into production systems. This role calls for someone with deep data architecture fundamentals, proven people leadership, and the judgment to balance near-term value against long-term goals.

You have 5+ years of data architecture experience, including at least 2 years managing people. You have a strong foundation in data architecture fundamentals and the DAMA-DMBOK framework. You have deep experience in master data management and have partnered with engineering teams to operationalize systems of record. You have guided the development of data domains, data products, and data assets that support analytics and AI. You are entrepreneurial and pragmatic. You know when to ship something that delivers value now and when to invest in the long-term foundation. You have strong attention to detail and hold a high bar for the accuracy of data models, definitions, and documentation. You communicate clearly, can build a compelling narrative, and influence decisions in a cross-functional setting. You have managed vendors and third-party providers, including responsibility for deliverables and budgets. You are skilled at coaching your team through ambiguity.
