As Senior Manager of Data Analytics in the Quality Performance Analytics team in Optum, you will be working with data that contributes to clinical quality gap closures, and the improvement of Medicare Stars & HEDIS measures. Responsibilities include reporting and analysis, data validations, consulting between internal and external teams, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities, and being a subject matter expert on all things Quality Measures and Star Ratings through the use of data analytics, technology, reference material, following specifications, and providing operational support.
This role will be responsible for continued scaling of self-service reporting and data analytics functions. This role reports directly to the Director of Analytics for Optum Clinical Performance. The incumbent must have strong background in data and analytics, along with an understanding of the software development process including UAT and QA. Along with leading the development team, the incumbent must work with BA's, internal customers, and senior leaders to accomplish the goals of the department. The incumbent will be responsible for all team output as it relates, but not limited to dashboard creation, ad hoc support, and other tasks as assigned. Lastly, the incumbent will be responsible for turnover, new hires, and performance management.

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
