Job summary

You will supervise documentation, investigations, inspections, and root-cause analyses, driving KPI-based safety performance, delivering training, and ensuring timely staffing decisions. Leadership level 6 governs personnel actions and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and administers policies; conducts risk assessments and incident investigations to prevent hazards.
• Manages plant-wide safety processes, SOS program, emergency planning, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Leads hazard analysis reviews, inspections, and root cause analyses; coordinates safety training and documentation.
