Stryker Corporation in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Manager of New Product Development Strategy & Operational Readiness. This divisional leadership role governs the operating systems, reviews, and readiness mechanisms for successful strategy execution and launches across four Business Units.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in medical device/related fields, plus a Master's degree and cross-functional leadership in regulated environments. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device, engineering, operations, or program management.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance processes to prioritize strategic initiatives and support leadership decisions.
• Direct operational readiness reviews for new product development programs.
• Manage monthly business performance reviews and track key metrics.
• Partner with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, finance, regulatory, and product development leaders.
• Lead due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions affecting product development or manufacturing.
