Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Nonclinical Study Management to oversee outsourced preclinical GLP and non-GLP studies. You will ensure ethical, compliant execution and liaise with CRO partners, internal scientists, and project teams.

The role requires a 4-year degree and a willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. Based in Alameda, CA, this exempt full-time position offers base pay in the range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology/toxicology/biotechnology or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to critically evaluate study-related documentation and correspondence.
• Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced program with a dynamic cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourcing of preclinical studies (GLP and non-GLP) for inclusion in regulatory submissions, including PK, toxicology, and biodistribution studies.
• Liaise with CROs, monitoring quotes/contracts and approval of final reports.
• Act as primary contact to CRO partners to ensure consistent practices across vendors, groups, and sites.
