Marshall Health Network is seeking a Manager, Technical Services - Network & Unified Communications to lead the enterprise network, telecom, and UC infrastructure across MHN sites.

The role emphasizes availability, security, performance, and modernization, guiding teams responsible for wired/wireless networks, CUCM, voice gateways, Webex, and cloud telephony, with a focus on resiliency and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Seven years of enterprise tech infrastructure experience with network/telecom focus.
• At least three years of supervisory or major technical leadership in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise LAN, WAN, and campus network infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco routing and switching platforms and related technologies.
• Oversee enterprise wireless infrastructure and CUCM, voice gateways, SIP services.
• Develop standards, roadmaps, and documentation for network and telecom services.
• Collaborate with Information Security to ensure cybersecurity alignment.
