Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to collaborate with Medicare/Medicaid and network leaders, building innovative provider relationships within the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership.

This role will work across Network and Clinical teams to accelerate market speed, design and execute strategies for growth, and ensure ROI for enterprise-scale VBC initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in value-based care contracting and provider relations.
• Medicaid or Medicare contracting experience required, working with large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience in value-based care financial models.
• Experience in risk-based arrangements and government services.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Strong organization and detail skills working in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to present and translate complex data into digestible information.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating, and completing contracting with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Developing relationships with leaders of specialty or Medicaid provider organizations to design growth strategies.
• Educating leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used across the industry.
• Partnering with finance on the development of financial models and VBC contracts.
• Collaborating with Network and Segment teams to ensure timely deployment of VBC strategies.
• Perform market competitive analysis and work with contracting/clinical teams on innovative value-based concepts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop model solutions and ROI for enterprise scaling.
