CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to partner with National teams and provider networks for innovative value-based arrangements across Medicare and Medicaid.

You will lead contracting discussions, develop strategic provider relationships, and collaborate with finance, network, and clinical teams to ensure market speed and ROI. This is a senior, impactful role within CVS Health’s national VBC initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in value-based care contracting or provider relations.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare contracting, especially with large specialty groups.
• Experience designing or evaluating value-based care financial models.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and complete contracts with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Build relationships with specialty or Medicaid provider organization leaders to drive growth.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Collaborate with finance to develop financial models and VBC contracts for portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with Network and Segment teams to deploy VBC strategies on time.
• Conduct market analysis and work with contracting and clinical teams on innovative payment concepts.
• Lead cross-functional model development, pilots, and ROI initiatives for enterprise scaling.
• Serve as liaison among internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytics teams.
