Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic communications across the enterprise. You will align messaging with regulatory requirements and member engagement priorities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize resource use and improve impact for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial lines.

You will co‑lead regional initiatives, manage timelines for regulatory materials, and partner with analytics to measure performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive communications/marketing experience, including healthcare/managed care.
• 1+ year of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to lead communications/marketing strategy and strategic planning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare communications, and member engagement strategies.
• Experience with analytics platforms and strategic planning tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead regional communications efforts with regular updates to health plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships to inform planning and regional requirements.
• Co-lead monthly health plan calls with Marketing; schedule, prepare, facilitate, and follow up.
• Develop mandated regulatory communication materials with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs with analytics teams and monitor effectiveness of communications.
• Build and refine communication frameworks, templates, and tools.
