Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the regional communications function across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial lines. You will drive data-driven communication plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory alignment and member engagement across the enterprise.

In this role, you will oversee the SOT governance for the region, manage timelines and milestones for regulatory communications, and partner with Marketing to lead monthly health

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive communications/marketing experience in health care/managed care.
• At least 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to lead communications/marketing strategy and strategic planning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare communications, and member engagement strategies.
• Experience with communication analytics platforms and strategic planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary region communications lead, delivering monthly updates to health plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate objectives into regional plans.
• Co-lead monthly health plan calls with Marketing.
• Oversee regional mandated and regulatory communications milestones.
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain Source of Truth governance and act as SOT change contact.
• Partner with analytics to define KPIs and measure effectiveness.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Compliance, Enrollment, Product, and other teams.
