Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in municipal finance, project management, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for 30–40 active project formation projects.
• Coach Project Managers and Analysts to improve delivery and client outcomes.
• Lead client meetings and stakeholder engagements across Texas metro areas.
• Monitor portfolio performance, utilization, and realization.
• Foster coaching culture and professional development.
